JCI India National President Felicitates Players at AP State-Level Blind Cricket Tournament
Famous TV - ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ / అనకాపల్లి : The Andhra Pradesh State-Level Blind Cricket Tournament was conducted with great enthusiasm at KVS Park, Tummalagunta, Tirupati, witnessing active participation from visually impaired players representing six districts across the state. JCI India National President Jc Anjur Jhunjhunwala attended the event as the Chief Guest. He distributed the “Man of the Match” awards to outstanding players and addressed all participants, stating that winning or losing is immaterial and that every player on the ground is already a winner for courageously choosing the path of blind cricket. His address was filled with encouragement and admiration for the players' determination and spirit. On this occasion, the National President felicitated four key individuals for their contributions to blind cricket and community service—Arjuna Awardee Ajay Kumar Reddy, former Captain of the Indian Blind Cricket Team; Durga Rao, current Captain of the Indian Blind Cricket Team; Gatla Srinivasa Reddy, President of Gatla Foundation; and Munilakshmi, President of Sri Divyang Seva Kendram. The tournament was jointly organized by JCI Tirupati, Gatla Foundation, Sri Divyang Seva Kendram, and the Cricket Association for the Blind in Andhra Pradesh, and received strong support from local leaders, volunteers, and sports enthusiasts.
