Campus Recruitment Training concludes at SVUCE

Famous TV - విద్య ఉద్యోగాలు / : S.V.University Campus Engineering College (SVUCE) has concluded a fifteen day training for campus placements for the final semester of the B.Tech-III year students on the campus. The training was offered by Kautilya Institution, Tirupati and this company trained the students on ‘Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal ability and Communication skills. The college conducts this training every year in order to help their students qualify in the campus placement tests like Infosys, TCS, CTS, etc. This training is also very helpful for many competitive exams like IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) Banks, SSC (Staff Selection Commission), etc. The valedictory programme was attended by Prof. RVS Satya Narayana, the principal, Prof. D.M.Sri Murali, training and placement officer, Sridhar, Director, Kautilya Institution, trainers and the staff members of placement cell.

On this occasion, the principal said ‘Every year we conduct this CRT (Campus Recruitment Training) by the experts on our college campus in order to enable the final year students of B.Tech to secure campus placements in top companies. It is high time that the engineering students update themselves on the latest technologies to meet the requirements of the industry. Moreover they must also build a right personality with positive attitude for a sustainable career. Prof.D.M.Sri Murali, training and placement officer of the college said ‘We have been offering CRT programme which includes the training of technical subjects also. As the IT industry is hit by economic recession currently, the students should equip themselves with the latest skills- AI, Coding, Chat GPT, etc and also learn good communication skills. In addition, the students should learn time management, dedication and adaptability also.

Sridhar, director, Kautilya Instiution added ‘B.Tech students ought to learn logical thinking which is the key for success in careers. Because employability skills hinge on this logical skills and it can be developed by practicing Sudoku puzzles also. The students must also avoid overuse of the smart phones, social media and instead read the motivational books written by famous authors. ‘
